Caring for our Minds – Majellan Media for World Mental Health Day 2026
On Saturday is World Mental Health Day when people are asked to support people with mental health problems. The 2026 theme is, ‘Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change’.
Every human person is deserving of dignity and respect, no matter their circumstance which is in line with Catholic social teachings. As Christians, we follow the example of Jesus who showed how we should treat others.
